Leads don't get lost at capture. They get lost at follow-up.

By Shahrukh A. Khan

When I started building EloSync, I assumed the hard part was getting leads in. It wasn't. Hooking up Meta Lead Ads or a webhook is the easy bit. The real leak comes later: a lead lands, everyone assumes someone else has it, and three days pass. So the lesson I built around: every lead needs a clear next step with a name and a time on it. In EloSync, leads move across a Kanban board with follow-ups and an activity timeline, so you can see what happened and what's next. Follow-ups sit next to tasks with an assignee and a due date and time, not a note someone hopes to remember. Capture gets the lead in the door. Ownership is what turns it into a conversation. EloSync Founding Beta is free and invite-only, no card, with a founding discount when paid plans open. Apply: elosync.com/beta Follow EloSync on Product Hunt: producthunt.com/products/elosync
