This week I've been walking through the parts of EloSync where a team talks about its work: Team Chat for internal discussion, and team email inside the workspace, so replies don't sit in one person's personal inbox. Both live in the same workspace as leads, tasks and follow-ups, so the context stays in one place instead of being split across apps.
