I have been applying for venture capital just because I can. I am getting lets of rejection. They reject me and send me a discount code for a product of one type or other most of the time. It is kind of a consolation prize. Sometimes, they tell me when I have revenue, I can reapply. I also have been applying for grants. I have gotten a tally going, I think I have applied to about a dozen of the grants. I got rejected from an accelerator program, got accepted to VC program which had odd hours which were not compatible, and many other things. My goal is to apply for 100 different things. I think if I apply to enough places, I will probably get a few things. I have already gotten some discounts for technical products. There are a lot of very odd categories out there, solo grants, accelerators, startup grants, business grants, incubators, venture capital, fellowships, technical grants, art grants, foundations. and other things. I have been pushing the fringe so I see a lot of things which are really odd.
