Progress

Hey Buildside community! 👋

By Harun solo dev

A few days ago, I shared our launch of HYNA-Stage here, and the feedback was incredible (huge thanks to @Uriel Bitton for the welcome, and @JustHaidee for jumping in to test it!). You told us you wanted speed and flexibility. So, my CTO Akhouri and I went back to the terminal and shipped a massive upgrade. Here is what’s new in HYNA-Stage: ⚡ 1. Multi-Language Support: We are no longer just a basic Python server. HYNA-Stage now natively supports HTML, Node.js, Python, and Java runtimes. 🔥 2. The "Warm Pool" System (Zero Cold Starts): Inspired by senior dev feedback on tail latency, we completely re-architected our provisioning. We now maintain a pre-warmed pool of ready-to-go Firecracker microVMs. When you type hyna-stage up, we instantly assign a warm environment. ⏱️ 3. Verified 5.1s Benchmark: We don’t do marketing fluff. We measured it. The verified p95 benchmark for sandbox provisioning (CLI init + warm pool assignment + network latency) is now 5.1 seconds. 🎯 The Next Step: "Hacker Stage" Jam (Oct 25) We know the biggest pain point in hackathons is waiting weeks for manual judging. So, we built an AI-Powered Leaderboard. Starting October 25th, we are hosting the KODA Code Jam Season 3: Hacker Stage. When you submit your build to our portal, you get an instant AI Score and a short review summary. Zero wait time. 🛠️ The Constraint Just like our launch, this entire upgrade (including the new AI leaderboard dashboard) was coded, tested, and deployed from a $150 Android phone using Termux. The constraint isn't a limitation; it forces us to build lean, fast, and impactful tools. 🙏 We Need Your Brutal Feedback We are still in the "empty room" phase, and we want to fill it with builders like you. Try the CLI: npm install -g @hynaweb/stage Check out the Live Dashboard: https://hyna-stage.netlify.app/ Preview the AI Leaderboard & Jam Portal: https://hackerstage.netlify.app/ What’s broken? What’s missing? Let us know below. We read every comment and ship fast. 🐯☁️🚀
