If you’ve ever helped a parent deal with their bank, you probably know this part: “We need to speak to the account holder.”

You’re ready to handle the menus and hold music. They just need to be there to say it’s OK. That’s one reason I added 3-way calling to HelloPorch. I can call my mom on Porch, tap “Add someone,” and bring the bank into our call. She can hear what’s happening and speak for herself, while I handle the phone menu and stay with her through it. And when I hang up, the bank’s call ends too. She isn’t left on the line by herself. It works for bringing family together, too, with video.
