I’m Harun, a 12-year-old founder, and my CTO Akhouri and I just shipped something we’re really proud of: HYNA-Stage. THE PROBLEM: AI coding agents can generate code in seconds, but provisioning a staging environment to actually test that code still takes 20–30 minutes of CI/CD waiting or local Docker setup. The bottleneck isn't code generation anymore; it's validation. THE SOLUTION: HYNA-Stage is a zero-config CLI that provisions isolated, ephemeral cloud environments (using E2B Firecracker microVMs) in under 5 seconds. It auto-destroys after 1 hour, so there’s zero idle compute cost. THE CRAZY CONSTRAINT: We built the entire platform (the Node.js CLI, the Supabase Edge Function proxy, and the Netlify dashboard) entirely on a $150 Android phone using Termux. We fought some wild battles to get here: 🐛 Termux silently truncating large files (fixed with Base64 chunking). 🐛 NPM’s hidden "staged publishing" queue trapping our v1.0.0 release. 🐛 Supabase Edge Functions blocking our custom CLI API keys with 401s until we tweaked the JWT settings. We are currently in the "empty room" phase and looking for brutal, technical feedback from fellow builders.
