Build update — Trigr

By Media Nikbakhsh

Been building Trigr for a while now and I think the product is finally starting to look like the idea I had in my head. The original idea was basically sales automation. But while building it, I kept coming back to a different problem: Sales teams already have tons of data. CRM, emails, meetings, conversations, account activity, etc. The problem is that nobody is connecting all of it at the right time. A deal starts going quiet. Someone forgets a follow-up. A buyer signal appears. A commitment from a call gets forgotten. An opportunity looks healthy in the CRM even though the actual activity says otherwise. So Trigr has slowly evolved from “automate sales tasks” into something closer to a revenue intelligence layer. The goal is for it to understand what’s happening across the revenue process, surface what actually deserves attention, show the evidence behind it, and eventually help take the right action. Still a LOT to figure out. The biggest thing I’m working on now isn't adding more features. It's figuring out whether the intelligence is actually useful when you put it in front of real sales teams. So that's the current mission: less building in isolation, more getting Trigr into real workflows and finding out what it gets right and what it completely gets wrong lol. Would genuinely love feedback from anyone building B2B/sales software or working in sales/RevOps.
