Live Chat now sits next to your leads in EloSync
This week's feature update: Live Chat inside the EloSync workspace. It's a module, so a team turns it on only if they need it. When it's on, it shows up in the same sidebar as leads, tasks and team chat, so a visitor's question doesn't get answered in a separate tool nobody else can see. Why I built it this way: the first message from a website visitor is usually the earliest sign of a lead. I want it in the same place as the rest of the follow-up.
