Who can see what: roles and permissions in an EloSync workspace
Today's progress note is about something nobody notices until it's missing: access. Every EloSync workspace starts with Leads, Tasks and ToDos included, free. You add teammates to the same workspace, and roles and permissions decide who can see and change what. Free Marketplace modules like Contacts, Companies, Projects and Help Desk sit in that same workspace when you switch them on. Why it matters to me: in a small team, the fix for "I don't want everyone editing this" is usually a second tool or a shared spreadsheet with a password. Both split the work in two. I'd rather the team stay in one place and the access be set per role. How do you handle access in your team today: everyone sees everything, or locked down per person?
