I don't post an EloSync feature until the code agrees
Writing product updates from memory is fast. It's also how a post ends up saying something the product doesn't quite do. While building EloSync, I found our own website copy and the backend didn't always match. Small things, like which modules come included and which you add later. So now every claim gets checked against the code before it goes out. Is it included or a Marketplace install? Free or paid? Does it work the way the sentence says? That's why I can say this plainly: Leads, Tasks and ToDos are free in every workspace. Contacts, Invoices, Projects, Help Desk and most other modules are free to add from the Marketplace when a team needs them. What I learned: trust is easier to keep than to win back. A slower post beats a wrong one. How do you keep your product copy honest as the product changes? Follow EloSync on Product Hunt: https://www.producthunt.com/products/elosync
