I've been building Ship & Scale, a SaaS starter kit plus a founder playbook.
The idea is simple: stop rebuilding auth and billing on every project so we can launch and spend our time on the features people are actually willing to pay for. The promise: clone the repo, add your keys, run two commands, and you have a live app on a real URL with auth, billing, workspaces, and AI already working. Under 10 minutes. Before it goes public, I want 5 founding members to get it for free and actually put it through its paces: run the database setup, deploy it live, and tell me where it breaks, what's confusing, and what doesn't hold up.
