First App Store rejection—and a little relief 😅

By Kyle

Apple reviewed Trayage v1.0 and flagged two metadata issues: pricing references in the screenshots and promotional images for the in-app purchases that duplicated the app icon. No app functionality issues were cited, which was encouraging to see. I’ve replaced the screenshots, removed the duplicate promotional images, and updated the listing. The same version 1.0 build 3 is now back in “Waiting for Review,” along with both in-app purchases. No new app build was needed. Still waiting on approval, but another step closer to getting my first Mac app onto the App Store. 🤞

it is so hard to satisfy apple. one hack ive been doing recently is just give it completely to an AI agent. they do the entire work. now with Chatgot dot, you can tell it to just fix it everytime apple rejects. it automatically detects the rejection and submits a new one. try it :)
