Using StoryMint to tell the story behind Trayage

By Kyle

Building an app and explaining why someone should use it are two different challenges. I’m working through both as I build RelayByte alongside my full-time work in IT and cybersecurity. Trayage is live, but I’m still figuring out how to communicate its value. A recent question about whether it “summarises downloads” gave me something specific to think about. It helps people review their Downloads folder and decide what to keep, move, or delete. How do I make that clear to someone seeing it for the first time? I used @StoryMint to turn that into the carousel I’m sharing here: the everyday problem, the thinking behind the product, and the challenge of explaining it after launch. My IT background influences how I approach building software. Clear behavior and keeping the user in control matter to me. Those ideas are part of Trayage’s story, alongside the features themselves. Credit to @Vaibhav Gareja and StoryMint for the tool. It’s also an opportunity to share another founder’s work while working on my own. I’d love your honest feedback: does this format make Trayage’s purpose clearer? What would you still want to know before trying it? https://trayage.app
