How modules fit together in EloSync
Something I designed EloSync around: a team should only carry the modules it actually uses. Every workspace starts with Leads, Tasks and ToDos, free. Everything else comes from the Marketplace, and most modules are free to install: Contacts, Calendar, Meetings, Invoices, Inventory, Help Desk, Projects and more. A few add-ons are paid. Two rules the Marketplace follows: 1. Modules know what they depend on. Inventory needs Products, and the Customer Portal needs Contacts, so you don't end up with half a setup. 2. Switching a module off doesn't delete its data. Modules build on the same workspace records, so something added later doesn't become its own island.
