How Projects works in EloSync
Once a deal is won, the delivery work starts. Projects keeps that work in the same workspace as the sale. Projects is a free module you add from the Marketplace. Once it's on, it sits in the sidebar under Operations. Here's how it fits together: - Every project can be viewed as a Board, a List, a Gantt or a Heatmap. The Board is the default and updates live. - Each project has milestones with due dates, split into open and completed. - Tasks link to their project. They're regular EloSync Tasks, so they can have an assignee and a due date, and each card shows its status, priority and a Blocked badge when something's in the way. - The Gantt puts milestones and tasks on one timeline and marks tasks that depend on other tasks.
