Progress
Big weekend of shipping on ThroneTax.

The biggest change is that Embers are now live. ThroneTax originally ranked projects almost entirely around purchased Heat. I wanted communities to have a way to contribute without turning free engagement into something that could overpower paying projects. So now there are two separate signals: 🔥 Heat — purchased promotional power and still the dominant ranking signal. ✦ Embers — earned when shared ThroneTax links actually deliver qualified referred visits. Embers decay and their contribution to Rank Power is capped, so community activity can help a project without replacing paid promotion. I also shipped: • Rank Power • qualified referral tracking • Share & Earn Embers flows • active/lifetime Ember stats • Proof of Attention: impressions, visits, CTR and shares • community vs team paid-Heat attribution • live “Heat to pass” calculations • embeddable project rank badges that can generate referrals • project owner analytics and rank history • stronger project claiming/verification • canonical contract identity to prevent duplicate listings • a live Heat budget/ranking calculator The product is starting to move beyond “a leaderboard you pay to climb” into what I originally wanted it to become: a live market for crypto attention where money can buy exposure, but communities can create momentum too. Still early. Still building.
