The biggest change is that Embers are now live. ThroneTax originally ranked projects almost entirely around purchased Heat. I wanted communities to have a way to contribute without turning free engagement into something that could overpower paying projects. So now there are two separate signals: 🔥 Heat — purchased promotional power and still the dominant ranking signal. ✦ Embers — earned when shared ThroneTax links actually deliver qualified referred visits. Embers decay and their contribution to Rank Power is capped, so community activity can help a project without replacing paid promotion.
