Preparing Flow for Devnet Approval

I pushed the next Flow launch work into main: Devnet approval and prep-subdomain support are now the focus. The change spans launch routes, chain handling, wallet access, browser authentication, and the launch-lab tests and specs. For Amplitra, this matters because the product is still in beta, and reliable launch infrastructure is part of making crypto project visibility usable—not just a leaderboard concept.
