The problem we kept running into: getting a clean instrumental or acapella from a finished song is harder than it should be. Official karaoke versions often don't exist, and the old phase-cancellation trick in an audio editor strips the bass and kick along with the vocal and leaves the reverb behind. So Remove Vocal uses AI source separation instead. You upload a song or a video, pick a mode, and get separate, playable tracks back: • 2 stems: vocals + instrumental • Hi-Fi 2 stems: our cleanest vocal/instrumental split • 4 stems: vocals, drums, bass, other • 6 stems: vocals, drums, bass, guitar, piano, other It takes MP3, WAV, FLAC, M4A and OGG audio, or MP4, WebM, MOV and AVI video, up to 500 MB. No need to pull the audio out of a video first. Every stem can be previewed and balanced in the browser before you download it. What made it feel like a practice tool rather than just a splitter: • Timed lyrics that scroll in sync with the separated tracks • Pitch and tempo controls that work independently, so you can change the key without changing the speed, or slow a hard passage down without changing the pitch Who it's for: karaoke fans, singers and cover artists, guitarists, bassists and keyboard players who want to mute their own part and play along, DJs pulling acapellas, music teachers making rehearsal tracks, and video editors who need music without vocals.
