Most AI agents automate one task in one vertical. We’re orchestrating entire departments instead. Before I build further, I want to hear from people who actually wear all these hats. Four quick questions below. Real examples beat polite answers, so tell me what actually happened.

I've been using Gemini 3.8 Flash in Antigravity, and honestly it's impressed me more than anything before it.
Before this model, I was relying on Opus 4.6 and Sonnet 4.6. I wasn't even touching Gemini models because, let's be honest, they were trash (pre-3.7 Flash).
Now I'm using 3.8 Flash for almost every task. It's the best model I've used. Usage never runs out (I'm on the paid Pro plan), and the speed is unbelievable.
But if you're the type who expects to get the job done by throwing a 1-2 line prompt at it, this isn't for you.
I've seen a lot of people be making fun of 3.8 Flash, and I genuinely don't understand why.

Not because we were slow — but because that was the process.
First, we would design the entire website in Figma.
Then the approved design would go into HTML conversion.
After that came responsive testing, fixes, and final polishing.
By the time the frontend was ready, around 5 weeks had passed.
After working this way for years, I kept thinking:
There has to be a faster way.
That thinking eventually became KitFront.
Now, for the same kind of project, I can set up the Starter Kit, browse and preview the sections I need, copy the code, customize the content — and get the frontend ready in around 5 hours instead of 5 weeks.
That’s the problem I built KitFront to solve.
Less time rebuilding frontend. More time delivering projects.

I’ve been reworking Trayage based on feedback, and this update brings some of the biggest changes yet:
- A new icon, color palette, and redesigned interface in light and dark modes.
- Custom smart filters you can create and save, plus 14 presets to get started.
- Two menu bar views: Glance and Quick review.
- More consistent settings and a refresh button that visibly responds when you click it.
The goal is still simple: find the files in Downloads you no longer need. Trayage helps you review them, and you choose what moves to Trash.
As an indie developer, having people take the time to try what I’m building and tell me what could be better means a lot. Thank you for the feedback—it’s helped shape this update. I’ve also added a personal thank-you inside the app.
I’d love to hear how the new layout and smart filters feel, and where anything still seems confusing. Version 1.1 is still in beta, so this is a great time to help shape it.

I’m building the official Buildside API, with a dedicated developer portal on its own subdomain.
I’m excited to put this in your hands and see what you build with it.
More previews soon.
What will you build first? 👀
