Lesson by Uriel Bitton
Progress is less about a long task list and more about shortening the feedback loop.
Build something small.
Put it in front of users.
Notice where they hesitate.
Adjust..
It may feel less like I accomplished anything, but that steady progress builds compound interest.
Let me know if this resonates founders!

Lesson by Emmanuel
Almost none of them think about what happens when that traffic Googles them.
Here's the uncomfortable truth:
Before a potential customer buys from you they check your reviews. Before an investor meets you they check your reputation. Before a partner signs with you they check what people are saying.
And if what they find isn't convincing enough?
They close the tab. Silently. Without telling you why.
Your online reputation is not a vanity metric. It is an active sales asset working 24/7 either for you or against you.
The founders winning right now are not just building great products. They are actively managing what the internet says about them.
Your reputation is your first impression. Are you managing it?

Not to make it into another social network.
The aim is for it to be a place for founders to move their startups, get recognized, and learn real hard earned lessons from other founders.
Do you think that will create something better than another social network?

👉 your most valuable asset as a founder is to ship fast and pivot even faster.
👉 Don't get attached to any idea, you'll find others
👉 The biggest platform have bugs, don't lose your time fixing all of yours
👉 start with the problem, not the solution
👉 Build fast, ship fast, dont chase the perfect UI/UX
👉 Building without talking to users, gets you great art (art doesn't sell)
