Bring Buildside conversations into your tools

The Buildside API now supports post engagement, an account’s private messages, direct message sending, and received-message webhooks.

What’s changed

• Read public post comments and reactions, or use an explicitly scoped key to read the key owner’s conversations and messages.
• Send text messages as the key owner with a separate write scope, prepaid credits, rate limits, and idempotent retries. Blocks and account safety rules still apply.
• Configure signed message.received webhooks in the developer portal; delivery requires a live read-scoped key and charges prepaid credits. Sandbox tests do not contact real members.
