Catch up without clearing notifications by hand

Opening the notification panel or Notifications page now marks your notifications as read and clears the badge automatically.

What’s changed

• Catch up in either notification view without a separate Mark all as read step.
• New notifications are also marked as read while the list stays open in a visible tab.
• Notifications that arrive after you close the list stay unread until you return.
